2010 Summer Camp Schedule & Fees

BOY SCOUTS & VENTURERS:
First Week:		June 13 - June 19
Second Week:		June 20 - June 26
Third Week:		June 27 - July 3
High Adventure Programs:		July 4 - July 10
Fourth Week:		July 11 - July 17

CUB SCOUT CAMPS:
Session 1:		July 5 - July 7
Session 2:		July 8 - July 10



BOY SCOUT/VENTURING RESERVATION FEES:

The $50.00 unit reservation fee and $15.00 reservation fee per participant are due with the reservation form to hold a site. This is non-refundable. All fees are due 14 days before arrival. This money will be applied toward your total camp fees unless you choose to leave it for the next year's reservation.

IN-COUNCIL TROOPS/CREWS STAYING IN BASE CAMP: $170.00 CAMP fee for boys if paid in full by APRIL 16, 2010 $200.00 Camp fee for boys if paid after APRIL 16, 2010 $115.00 ALL ADULT LEADERS FEES Leaders attending any work weekend will receive $25.00 Camp Bucks, (once per year, non transferable). OUT-OF-COUNCIL TROOPS/CREWS STAYING IN BASE CAMP: $180.00 Camp fees for boys if paid in full by APRIL 16, 2010 $210.00 Camp fee for boys if paid after APRIL 16, 2010 $115.00 ALL ADULT LEADERS FEES

ADDITIONAL OPTION: Dining Hall offered to first 100 signed up each week. Additional $35.00 per person fee due at check-in. HIGH ADVENTURE: Treks, Mountain Climbing / Rappelling & Trail Blazer $225.00 If paid in full by April 16, 2010 $275.00 Per participant including adults NOTE: We are limited to 48 participants per session on treks, 18 participants per session working on Climbing Merit Badge and 18 participants for the Trail Blazer program. CUB SCOUT HIGH ADVENTURE CAMP:

IN-COUNCIL CUB SCOUTS: $75.00 CAMP fee for boy/adult if paid in full by JUNE 1, 2010 $90.00 Camp fee for boy/adult if paid after JUNE 1, 2010 OUT-OF-COUNCIL CUB SCOUTS: $80.00 CAMP fee for boy/adult if paid in full by JUNE 1, 2010 $95.00 Camp fee for boy/adult if paid after JUNE 1, 2010



BOY SCOUT/VENTURING REFUND POLICY


1.	The $50.00 unit reservation fee and $15.00 reservation fee per participant is non-refundable.

2.	Scout and leader fees are transferable within your troop at any time.

3.	The cancellation of an individual reservation that cannot be transferred within your troop will be subject to the following:

	a.	Two weeks or more before Day 1 of your scheduled week, 90% of fees less non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
	b.	Less than two weeks before Day 1 of your scheduled week, no refund is available unless there has been a medical emergency.
